help?

so i was diagnosed with depression last year and started welbutrin. them that stopped and caused a manic episode now im playing russian roulette with pills and have had 2 more episodes in the process (like a month and a half). the episodes are short but my therapist almost sent me to the hospital and i dont want that. i honestly have no clue how to handle this at all..any tips?
