I have been feeling roten lately having the worse moods possible my partner came home with new skins (work out pants) he has been trying to get me back in to the gym for a while now.
So he said Lets take the dog for a walk we went to this lovely park and i did a bit of jogging and walking it was really fun well it snaped me out of my bad moods i feel so much better i have fealt great all night i think i may have gone in to hypomania i feel really really good i cant wait for tomorrow.
does working out help any one else deal with there moods?
