I did something really bad!!!!

I have had that problem my whole entire life. My husbands loose interest in me and want to play around. Chances are the reason for your behavior. you're needing someone who wants and is interested in you. When you start having these kind of things happen, I question your husband why he's lost interest in you and then you will find out just what that reason is all about. Even if he isn't having an affair, he's definitely not paying much attention to you and filling that void in you heart.

He pays a lot of attention to me I just need him to hold me when we sleep. to tell me he loves me first. In the fight he told me he WAS going to go ring shopping next week and now hes not. I lost it last night and had a total break down.

I wish I had some advice, but all I can say is despite the fact that I haven't been in your situation, I know what you are feeling.

Sometimes I think “what they don’t know won’t hurt them” but then you live with guilt so I’m not sure how to respond other than, you know what you did was probably breaking a boundary or at least blurring one. Maybe find out why you don’t have the need to establish healthy boundaries. Did you have a boundary broken a while back that maybe wasn’t resolved? The reason I am asking is because my sister had a friend who was traumatized by her own father resulting in her overstepping her boundaries with anyone and everyone who would pay attention including children under the age of 18. My sister and I witnessed her literally flirting with my 16 y/o nephew, which was not okay. Can you think of a time when your boundaries were pushed?

You made a mistake. Try not to dwell on it or it will engulf u! Watch a funny movie or read a book!
