Unless he lives across the country and there is absolutely no chance of meeting up you should probably cut the contact sooner rather than later. A recent article in Psychology Today, indicated that we tend to overestimate our fidelity abilities. Don't ruin your marriage. I'd be pissed if my husband started talking to his exes so would like to think I wouldn't do that to him.

Well he does live pretty far away and beings I have children I don't think I'm gonna do anything stupid. And in retrospect I would be very upset with my husband.

Don't be so sure. We BP patients can make very poor decisions when we are cycling. Don't risk it.
