New this can u help me understand

Going back to therapy wanted my gf support but she said she doesnt have the emotional strength to do it all my family is gone my moms so far away she's all I have and have been with for 8 years its been lonely not Haveing suport and feel lost everyday IV only know I was BP a year ago and struggle every day not understanding it …so lost lately

Do you have a talk therapist ? I went through a nasty divorce 10 years ago (happily re-married now). My therapist taught me coping skills that saved me. I told my psychiatrist who started me on a low dose of Xanax to help with the anxiety. The combo kept me sane, literally, through it all. Thanks to the therapy I came out the other side intact. I hope this helps. Sorry for what you're going through.

The diagnosis of BP is a difficult one to take. I promise, if you take your meds, see a therapist and do the things they recommend, it will get better. Are you on any meds yet?

No so much the money more relationship with Gf of 8 years going through seperation
